Daniel Ockrin has been working with small businesses in the Adirondacks for over 15 years in a variety of rolls. He has firsthand experience of large payroll companies grossly overcharging their small business clients. In May 2026, he started Ourtowne as a payroll processesing company in order to give local businesses a new option. Daniel looks forward to meeting you, and discussing payroll solutions that work for you. Rather than pushing you towards complicated online portals with multifactor authentication logins, he desires to relate to you on a human level.
E-Paychecks
Your employees can receive their paychecks as e-checks for seamless deposit in their online banking mobile apps.
Paper Paychecks
Ourtowne will print your employee's paychecks. You can choose to have them sent to you or directly to your employees.
Federal Payroll Reporting
Ourtowne will file your quarterly federal payroll forms and make your income tax, FICA, and FUTA payments on your behalf
NY State Payroll Reporting
Ourtowne will file your quarterly state payroll forms and make your income tax and SUI/SUTA payments on your behalf
Year End Payroll Paperwork
Ourtowne will file your W2s with the IRS and deliver them directly to your employees.
